Product Description

Designed for aluminum processing: The SHD series end mills are a full range of end mills designed for efficient aluminum processing. They can achieve efficient high-speed machining (HSM) of aluminum, ensuring high metal removal rate (MRR), high precision and excellent surface quality.

Front wave edge characteristics: The design of the front wave edge milling cutter includes the front wave surface and the rear wave surface. On each peripheral edge, the wave crests of the front wave surface and the wave crests of the rear wave surface are staggered in the radial direction of the cutter body, and the wave crests of the front wave surface and the rear wave surface of the adjacent peripheral edges are also staggered in the radial direction of the cutter body. This design ensures that the chips of the front wave edge are narrower, which can increase the cutting amount and significantly improve the processing efficiency.
